As a Business Developer for MindSpeaker, you will play a pivotal role in developing the European market for wearable Brain Computer Interfaces designed to restore natural communication for people suffering from speech paralysis.

You will:

• Develop new markets: Conduct market research, identify opportunities, develop and implement strategies to position MindSpeaker as a leader in the assistive communication technology sector across Europe.
• Develop strategic reseller partnerships: establish a dialogue and trust relationship with candidate resellers, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups to expand the reach of MindSpeaker's assistive speech care tech solutions.
• Nurture deal opportunities: Build and maintain relationships with and follow up on key accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring MindSpeaker's solutions are tailored to address those needs effectively.
• Develop the MindSpeaker brand: Act as a passionate advocate for MindSpeaker and its mission, participating in industry events, conferences, and forums to promote awareness and collaboration.

• Commercial prospection (establishing new collaborations with candidate distributors across Europe, along the Benelux - Switzerland axis)
• Map out the social healthcare economics case / value chains per region and implement win-win reseller partnerships to expedite distribution towards end-users.
• Train value added resellers on site for end-user installation
• Lead digital marketing campaign management and social media outreach
• Support onboarding of demo users and troubleshooting
• Manage issue logging & debugging flows and ensure customer success
• Establish Key Performance Indicators for self assement and monitoring progress / business success

• Track record in developing new business for technology scale up in the healthcare sector.
• Track record in effectively using digital sales & marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Webflow, Google Ads and Jira (ticketing platform for issue logging).
• Track record in effective communication via public speaking events, nurturing deals and commercial negotiations.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, French and German.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment and willingness to travel across Europe.
